1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon of freshly grated ginger
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic granules
1⁄4 cup chopped chives or green onion
1 package gyoza wrappers

1/3 cup of GF soy sauce
3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
3 tablespoons St. Dalfour Orange Marmalade
(proudly refined sugar and preservative free)
2 tablespoon of freshly grated ginger
1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare Meat Filling:
Place all ingredients except gyoza wrappers into a large bowl and mix gently with your hands
Fill Dumplings:
Open gyoza wrappers, and cover with a towel to prevent them from drying out
Fill each gyoza wrapper with about 1 teaspoon of filling
Using a finger dipped in water, run it along the outside of the dumpling
Shut the wrapper, and ensure no air is inside
Pinch shut, gather, and set on a cookie sheet
Continue to finish all
Place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes, up till overnight

Cook Dumplings:
Heat a small amount of canola oil in a large frying pan and place in the frozen dumplings
Watch the dumplings closely, turning once they are browned
When dumplings are browned on each side, add enough water to come up half way
Cover, and allow to steam for at least 20 minutes to ensure the meat cooks
Uncover 1⁄2 way through
Allow water to steam or, until the dumplings get crispy
Add additional oil if needed

(or) Roll Meatballs:
Roll meat mixture into walnut size balls
Brown on all sides over medium heat
Place on a parchment paper covered cookie pan with sides
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes

Make Meatball Sauce:
Mix together sauce ingredients
Gently warm sauce in a pan
Add meatballs to coat
