Classic French Dressing
Make entertaining easy by preparing this beautiful French Dressing in advance, storing it at room temperature, then simply add it to your salad right before serving.
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup Lemon Juice
1 heaped tbsp Honey
3-4 Cloves of Garlic (crushed)
1 tsp Wholegrain Mustard
1/4 tsp Salt
Freshly Ground Pepper (to taste)
Simply combine all of the above ingredients in your jar, then give them a good shake! You may need to warm the honey slightly before adding to help it combine.
Add this dressing to any salad just before serving. We find it works really well in the summer with a mescalin or leafy green base, and also in the winter on a cabbage/slaw base.
