St. Dalfour Raspberry Chia Seed Parfait
This St. Dalfour Raspberry & Chia Seed Parfait is an easy and healthy recipe to make for breakfast, as a snack, or even as a healthy dessert. It is packed with nutrition and absolutely delicious!
1/2 cup chia seeds
1 cup whole milk
1 Tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup Peanut or Almond Butter
1 Tbsp St. Dalfour Raspberry Fruit Spread
Fresh raspberries and mixed nuts for toppings (optional)
1. Mix chia seeds into a bowl with milk and cinnamon. Place bowl the fridge and let the mixture sit overnight.
2. Fill the bottom of your serving cups with St. Dalfour Raspberry Fruit Spread, then layer in chia pudding, peanut/almond butter, and top with more St. Dalfour Fruit Spread, fresh raspberries, and mixed nuts. Enjoy!
